Sales Assured

Sales mate is a member of Sales Assured – an initiative designed to ensure best practice in face-to-face marketing for consumers. As an accredited member, Sales mate must adhere to stringent service standards which governs how we recruit, train, assess and monitor our sales representatives.

We utilise the Sales Assured framework in conjunction with our established learning and development content we already have in place to reinforce the strictest compliance and ethical practices by our sales representatives when dealing with customers face-to-face.

salesmate was founded in 2019 by a coupla mates named Michael and Sadik, with the goal to build an energy moving service focused on providing clients outstanding service.

Michael Mariani

Director | Co-Founder

As Executive Director, Michael focuses on all things Operations. Michael’s versatility, attention to detail and communication are key elements to his role to ensure operational efficiencies.

In his spare time, you’ll find Michael spending time with his family, eating scones or attending one of Bellingen’s alternative music festivals.

Sadik Karim

Director | Co-Founder

Sadik heads up Sales Capability on behalf of salesmate. Sadik’s extensive experience in the sales industry, tireless work ethic, and a drive to succeed helps to ensure that salesmate clients always get the results they deserve.

Sadik is a family man, with a beautiful wife and son. He loves football, especially Manchester United!
